It starts with a free home survey. Firebug looks at the room, chimney, ventilation and how you want to use the stove, then explains the practical options in plain English.

How much does a wood burner installation cost?

The cost depends on the stove, chimney condition, hearth, building work and whether scaffolding is needed. We visit first and provide a clear written quote for the complete job.

How long will installation take?

Most installations take one or two days. More extensive chimney or fireplace work can take longer, which we explain before work begins.

Will the installation be certified?

Yes. We test and commission the appliance and provide a HETAS compliance certificate for your records.
